Yoga For BJJ
The Yoga for BJJ program at Elements is specifically designed to give you the tools you need to strengthen your body and spend more time on the mats doing what you love.
Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels and focus on developing your flexibility, posture, balance and strength. All sessions are run by a qualified Yoga for BJJ instructor to help guide you through your training.
Through a consistent yoga practice you will become more present within your body and mind, open up and strengthen common problem-areas and refine your movement on and off the mats.
