The Strength & Conditioning program has seen a few changes – and you are going to love them. Guaranteed.

Firstly, you may have noticed a new addition to the timetable. A couple of weeks ago we launched the Athletic Conditioning program – the perfect complement to our Functional Strength & Power classes the Athletic Conditioning classes are designed to quickly develop your capacity to train and work longer, faster and better.

Athletic Conditioning classes currently run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 7pm to 8pm.

The other major change is to how the memberships are structured. At the time if writing members are restricted to a certain number of classes per week depending on their level of membership. Not any more.

From now on a Strength & Conditioning membership allows unlimited access to all classes in both the Functional Strength & Power and Athletic Conditioning programs for just $50 per week. At the time of writing that would make the cost for attending each class approximately $5.50.

Existing members have the option of staying with their current arrangements or switching to the new deal. Just email Ben at to let him know that you would like to switch your account over to the new option.

The final change is that these programs are now for members only – we will no longer accept paying as you go as an option. New clients are still welcome to a free weeks trial but ongoing training is on a membership only basis.
