At Elements Fitness we provide modern martial arts training in a fun, friendly and non-competitive environment.

We offer coaching in four different styles of martial arts. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a grappling based martial art that emphasises positional control and natural efficient movements; Muay Thai, a Thai Boxing and Kickboxing style which uses boxing, kickboxing, and clinch fighting skills to develop your physical, mental and emotional conditioning; Freestyle Wrestling, an Olympic style of wrestling practised by men and women all over the world and Judo, a modern Japanese martial art that combines elements of throwing, pinning and submission attacks.

Regular training in any of the Elements martial arts programs will improve your strength, health and fitness in both mind and body preparing you to meet the challenges you face on and off the mat. You’ll have the confidence that comes with truly functional self defence skills without the ego or paranoia that can come from spending time in unhealthy training environments.

Private martial arts training is available for all styles and is an excellent way to begin your practice, overcome a plateau or simply enhance your level of training.
