Classes at Elements Fitness are run in the morning before work, during lunch and throughout the evening. For those who have an Exclusive Gym Membership the facilities are also available for use outside of class during designated periods.
Personal training sessions and private martial art or yoga sessions are available by appointment only and can be arranged at a time to suit your schedule. If you are interested in organising a personal training session please call Ben Langford on 0402 581 977 to book a time.
