The Yoga classes at Elements Fitness offer a systematic, step by step approach to yoga that is flexible enough to suit your individual needs. This traditional approach to yoga integrates the use of postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and guided meditation to help relieve pain, prevent injuries and finely tune the manner in which you move.
Yoga should develop the whole person – not just the physical self – and as such there is a strong emphasis on awareness and control in all of our classes. This incorperation of mind and body helps lower both physical and mental stress and cultivates a relaxed and ready state improving your performance in and out of the gym.
At Elements Fitness each yoga class is unique, restorative and uplifting and can be practised by anyone regardless of age, strength or flexibility.
Time: Sunday 12.15pm to 1.15pm.
Pricing: $90 per ten week term; Casual class $18.
