The Karate program at Elements Fitness combines cutting edge training methods with the tradition of Goju Karate to deliver a style that provides effective self preservation strategies for the modern world. Designed to build your body and your confidence classes are dynamic, fun and cover all aspects of Karate.
These classes not only physically prepare you to defend yourself but will also equip you with the mental and emotional tools to deal with such an event. The Karate training at Elements Fitness is focused on a positive expression of self defence rather than employing the scare tactics common to many Reality Based Self Defence programs. We believe in developing confidence instead of fostering paranoia.
We have kept the philosophical traditions of karate alive while ensuring our training is super functional, cutting edge and up to date. At Elements Fitness you get the best of both worlds; We offer the opportunity to challenge yourself, strengthen your mind, body and spirit, while at the same time learning how to successfully defend yourself.
