Jits with Hits

The Jits with Hits program at Elements Fitness is designed to bridge the gap between martial arts training, ring fighting and real world self defence. Learn how to safely enter the clinch, use your opponent’s clothing to facilitate and defend against strikes and takedowns and how defend yourself on the ground.

Karate

Karate at Elements Fitness, as instructed by Grant Piper, combines modern day coaching methods with the traditional techniques and strategies of Goju Karate to create an effective and functional self preservation orientated martial art.
