Backsquat 20 Reps @ 80% of Max Frontsquat

then

“The John Hurt Moment”

AMRAP in 7 minutes of

6 Push Ups

9 Knees to Elbows

12 Squats

Cool Down

Kroc Rows x 30 each hand.

Squat – Ben 80kg, Jane 32.5kg, Justin 72.5kg

John Hurt – Ben 7 rounds, Jane 5 rounds + 6 Push ups (knee raises subbed for K2E)
