Elements Fitness is an independently owned and operated personal training and martial arts studio conveniently located in Braddon within easy walking distance from the city centre.


At our world class facility we offer coaching in martial arts, power lifting, weight lifting, strongman training and gymnastic strength training. Regular training in any of the Elements programs will improve your strength, health and fitness in both mind and body preparing you to meet the challenges you face on and off the mat. You’ll have the confidence that comes with truly functional skills gained in a healthy and friendly training environment.


Classes are available weekends, before work, after work and during your lunch break making it easy to find a time that suits you. Our classes include

Personal training is also available if you require more flexible scheduling or simply want the extra attention that having a personal coach affords. Our facilities include over 300 square metres of mat space, a well equipped strength and conditioning area, lockers, change rooms and bathrooms.
