Elements Fitness is an independent and locally owned gym located in Canberra City specializing in personal training and martial arts instruction.

Our classes run mornings, lunchtimes, evenings and weekends making it easy to find a time that suits you. All classes take place in a friendly environment of mutual respect and discipline with a highly-qualified and professional instructor.

Private and small group martial arts training sessions are also available. Private martial arts training is an excellent way to begin your practice, overcome a plateau or simply enhance your level of learning.

All of our coaches are highly qualified and experienced and our facilities include over 350 square meters of mat space, a well equipped strength and conditioning area, change rooms, bathrooms and shower facilities.
